The theoretical part is dedicated to a summary of knowledge related to the human resources management and its evaluation and reward. A large part is focused on individual forms of employee benefits. The practical part contains an analysis of the current situation in the chosen company, on the basis of which are worked out the proposals of changes to the current system.

Includes brief overview of energy legislation, namely to the rights and obligations of distributors of electricity, energy traders and customers. Furthermore, the work deals with the researches of the energy market in the Czech Republic, the different rates of selected suppliers and evaluating their suitability for the customer.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the remuneration system of employees from a theoretical point of view, analysis of internal and external influences acting on the company and a proposal to improve the established system of remuneration in the company. The thesis deals with public investment project. The thesis first describes, what are the sources of investments, cash flows and investment evaluation methodes of investment efficiency. Further, the thesis is focused on project Urban swimming pools in Luhačovice. It is mainly about the history, construction and operation of swimming pools. Finally, it assessed the efficiency of the project in program eCBA.

Forms and methods of motivation in construction company

The bachelor thesis is focused on forms and methods of motivation in a construction company. In the first part of the bachelor's thesis I get acquainted with the theory and with the individual basic concepts that are obtained from the literature. In the second part of the work, the so-called empirical, I set hypotheses, which I then verify using a questionnaire survey, which I conducted in construction companies and which is also focused on the forms and methods of motivation in a construction company. Later, I evaluate the controlled interviews that I conducted in two of the surveyed companies. At the end of the work I evaluate the theoretical and empirical part.

Proposal of Suitable Stimulative Tools

Purpose of my thesis is suggestion of suitable stimulative tools for a particular company. The next part of the thesis is engaged with an analysis of existing situation in the company and identification of employees’ needs. A part of this is also an analysis of disagreement between benefits which a firm gives to employees and benefits which employees really want. Suggestion of problem solving includes final structure of stimulative tools, which will be most useful for employees and stop further employees’ leaving, will increase their satisfaction, efficiency and will motivate new employees to work in this company.
